First, check your tracking email (sent when your order is dispatched). If it's been more than 5 working days and there's no update, email us at hello@thesqueezestore.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
Easy — just fill in the contact form above and select "Wholesale / Trade" or "Retail Partnership" as your enquiry type. Tell us about your business and what you're looking for, and we'll get back to you with pricing, terms, and next steps. No complex process, just a conversation.
We dispatch quickly, so we can only amend orders if you get in touch before 2pm on the day you ordered. Email us ASAP with your order number and we'll do our best. Once dispatched, you'd follow our returns process.
Trade pricing starts from 10 units. We have volume tiers so the more you order, the better the rate. We can mix products across an order too — you don't need to buy 10 of the same style.
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery for consumer orders. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Just email us and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
